These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dosiation.com ("Site") and any Dosiation software products ("Software") made available by Dosiation ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Software you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

dosiation.com is an informational website. You may browse it, request a product demo, and contact us. You may not:

2. Software licensing

Dosiation Software products are provided under a commercial licence agreed separately in a written Order Form or Licence Agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a licence to use the Software. A separate agreement, including a signed Data Processing Agreement where PHI is involved, is required before any clinical use.

3. Medical device disclaimer

Dosiation Software is intended to support qualified medical professionals in their workflows. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Decisions about patient diagnosis, treatment, or care must be made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals, not by automated software output alone. Dosiation makes no representations that its Software meets the regulatory requirements of any specific jurisdiction for use as a medical device; buyers are responsible for their own regulatory compliance assessment.

4. Intellectual property

All content on dosiation.com — text, design, images, logos, and code — is the property of Dosiation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosiation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Software.

6. HIPAA

If you use Dosiation's private cloud products in connection with protected health information ("PHI") as defined by HIPAA, a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") must be executed before any PHI is transmitted. On-premise deployments do not involve Dosiation acting as a business associate, as no PHI leaves your infrastructure.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any disputes, please contact us first at info@dosiation.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
