dosiation.com is a static site with no analytics scripts, no third-party tracking pixels, and no cookies beyond those set by the Google Fonts CDN (used to load typefaces). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioural tracking tools.

When deployed on-premise, Dosiation products process patient imaging data (DICOM files, PHI) entirely within your infrastructure. Dosiation has no access to this data. You are the data controller; Dosiation acts as a data processor only for agreed support activities covered by a separate Data Processing Agreement.
If you choose our HIPAA-compliant private cloud option, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before any PHI is transmitted. Data is stored in encrypted form in an isolated environment. We do not use your patient data for model training or any purpose other than operating the service for your account.
Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years for support continuity. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@dosiation.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@dosiation.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use TLS for all data in transit to dosiation.com. Dosiation software products are designed with security-by-default principles: offline processing, no external service dependencies, full audit trails, and role-based access control.
We may update this policy as our products evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will not retroactively reduce the protections described here without notice.
