Radiation dose management should not require a spreadsheet.

Most radiology departments still track patient dose manually — exporting CSVs, cross-referencing DRL tables, writing compliance reports by hand. It's slow, error-prone, and disconnected from the clinical picture.

Dosiation was built to change that. Not by repackaging existing PACS features, but by building purpose-specific tools grounded in the physics standards that matter: ICRP, AAPM, NCRP, IAEA — implemented correctly, not approximated.
